• The second is the intern program, where individuals come to Jackson’s Ridge C.M.T.C. for 3, 6 and 12 months to receive in depth training. This includes the general training courses and tertiary education through registered distance learning institutions.br>
The camping program utilizes the the skills learnt through the training programs to ensure the maximized impact on the lives of young people. The camping program focuses on two areas of society to impact children’s lives:
• The first is the general population where a camp is used to launch sustainable weekly impact programs into young people’s lives through “on the ground” organizations such as schools, churches and community upliftment organizations.
• The second is for youth who have suffered abuse (sexually, physically and mentally). The camping and mentoring program is called Royal Family Kids for children and TRAC for teenagers. This program is designed to equip and educate youth to overcome the devastating affects of abuse, which will enable them to live productive and normal lives.
